The rooms on the first floor are generously proportioned.
The high-quality kitchen with open-plan living and dining area offers you plenty of space for relaxing and socializing. We have equipped this floor for you with high-quality kitchen appliances such as an oven, hob, dishwasher and microwave. There is also a large TV for you to use.
The bathroom has a toilet and shower.
You can have breakfast on the balcony, which is furnished with comfortable balcony furniture. From the balcony it is only a short walk to the kitchen.
On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed and a bathroom with bathtub. From two of the double rooms you have access to a balcony with a breathtaking view over the Vordereifel.

For the winter months we provide you with firewood free of charge, you are welcome to spend your evenings in front of the burning fireplace.
The house is equipped with air conditioning for hot summer days.
A baby crib can be provided in one of the spacious bedrooms.
